Flyjustice Service Fees – No Win, No Fee

Only pay when your claim is successful.

No upfront charges, no hidden fees, and complete pricing transparency from start to finish.

Standard Service Fee

No Upfront charges

When you choose Flyjustice, you pay only when you win.

There are no upfront payments, no retainers, and no processing fees.

If we don’t succeed in securing compensation for your disrupted flight, you owe us nothing — it’s that simple.

This “no-win, no-fee” principle ensures that our success is directly tied to yours.

We only get paid when you receive your payout from the airline.

Standard Service Fee

Our standard fee is 25% of the successfully recovered compensation amount (VAT not applicable at present).

Flyjustice is currently operating under Estonian registration and is not VAT-registered during the initial launch phase when our pricing remains VAT-free, providing you with maximum value and transparency.

Once VAT registration becomes active, it will be clearly indicated and reflected on this page and in all customer invoices.

Why Our Pricing Model Is Fair

We built our pricing structure on two principles:

  1. Transparency – Every client knows the exact percentage of what is charged and process upfront.
  2. Fairness – You never pay before you’re compensated.

We only succeed when you do.
